Terms of Use

Please review the conditions and rules guiding the search services, context validation tools, and bibliography databases of ReferenceContext Journal.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or utilizing the ReferenceContext Journal search systems, bibliographic mapping, and literature review database, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are requested to cease all utilization of our systems immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. When substantial modifications occur, we will adjust the effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued usage constitutes binding acknowledgment of the updated conditions.

2

Academic Citation & Fair Use

Our tools are engineered to assist researchers in evaluating context linkages between primary sources and references. You must provide appropriate citations and proper attribution when integrating analytical data from ReferenceContext Journal into your published work.

Automatic retrieval systems, crawling applications, or data extraction scripts are strictly prohibited from parsing our databases unless authorization has been granted via official developer API keys. High-frequency requesting that affects platform performance will result in temporary or permanent access restriction.

3

Intellectual Property Rights

The structured analysis, customized context maps, proprietary metadata schemas, user interface layout, codebases, and intellectual assets utilized on ReferenceContext Journal remain the exclusive property of our organization and our licensors. These assets are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Unless explicitly permitted, you may not duplicate, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sell any component of our structural interface or database schemas for commercial purposes.

4

Account Registration & Security

Certain components of our review infrastructure require you to establish an academic user account. You are responsible for ensuring that all data associated with your user identity remains accurate, safe, and confidential.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized usage or safety breaches concerning your user credentials. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account safety.

5

Subscriptions, Charges & Billing

Access to advanced citation parsing models and premium bibliography dashboards may require subscription billing. All charges are detailed clearly prior to acquisition. Any fees collected are processed via secure transaction platforms.

Subscriptions will auto-renew according to your chosen plan cycle (monthly or annually) unless you terminate your subscription before the billing cycle renews. Refund requests are subject to our standard service guidelines, which you can review by contacting our support team.

6

Limitation of Liability & Assurances

ReferenceContext Journal is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We provide no representations or warranties that the database contents will always be complete, uninterrupted, or fully accurate due to the complex natural language models employed.

Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your citation patterns, academic publications, database outages, or reliance on analytical metrics.
